Now What?, the sequel to CCL's first publication, Know Before You Go, tackles the issues directors face once they walk in the door to their new institution. To make this volume resonate with the sweeping changes in museums since COVID-19 caused the world to shut down in 2020, Ms. Rorschach joined another CCL Trustee and 2019 alumna Courtney Martin, Director of the Yale Center for British Art, in conversation about topics that have emerged over the past two years that are critical to consider when leading an organization today.
