Olivier Meslay (CCL 2011) has been selected as the Dena and Felda Hardymon Director at the The Clark Art Institute.
Since 2009, Meslay has contributed to the exhibition program at the Dallas Museum of Art, serving most recently at the Associate Director of Curatorial Affairs and Senior Curator for European and American Art and the Barbara Thomas Lemmon Curator of European Art. Prior to this role, he served a distinguished tenure at the Musée du Louvre.
An internationally recognized curator and scholar, Meslay was unanimously elected to the directorship by the Clark's board. As Meslay explains: "My longstanding relationship with the Clark now comes to fruition as if in a dream-come-true, but also as a great opportunity to maintain, at the highest level of excellence, what this institution brings to the art world."
