Musée d'Orsay Appoints Sylvie Patry (CCL 2014) as Deputy Director for Curatorial Affairs and Collections

Sylvie Patry (CCL 2014) has been named Deputy Director for Curatorial Affairs and Collections at the Musée d'Orsay.

Sylve has over a decade of experience at the Musée d'Orsay, where she served as Chief Curator of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist Paintings before moving to The Barnes Foundation as deputy director and chief curator.

Her exhibition of Mohamed Bourouissa currently on view at the Barnes will be followed by group shows of Anselm Kiefer and Auguste Rodin and the father-son pair of Pierre-Auguste and Jean Renoir. Sylvie will join the Orsay under the vision of newly appointed director Laurence des Cars.
